2. What data we collect

Through the contact form: name, email, phone (optional), event type and date, town or venue, approximate number of guests, package of interest, your message and how you heard about us. If you contact us via WhatsApp or email, we process the data you send that way.

3. Why we use it

To answer your request, send you a quote and, if you book, manage the booking and the service. We don’t send advertising or create profiles.

4. Legal basis

Your consent when sending the form and, where applicable, pre-contractual steps or the performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

5. How long we keep it

For the duration of our relationship and afterwards for the periods required by law. If you don’t book, we delete it within 12 months.

6. Who we share it with

We don’t share data with third parties unless legally required. Providers we use: Web3Forms (form delivery; if any provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so with the safeguards required by the GDPR), Google (Gmail), Cloudflare (hosting) and WhatsApp (Meta), only if you contact us there.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@aynenatattoo.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
